Have you ever heard the statement rules were made to be broken? Well I know I have skirted on the wrong edge of a rule now and then. But!!! How many of us have broke the law. I bet everyone within the sound of my keystroke has broke at least 3 laws this week alone!
There was a time when American civilization was not quite so civilized. So the powers that be decided they would create laws for the greater good. I just don't think the populous agreed. Let us take a look at some outdated and idiotic laws that are still on the books in the Great state of California.
Laws filed in San Francisco
Ugly people may not walk down the street.
It's illegal to have oral sex
Can't wax your car with used underwear.
Laws filed in San Diego
It's illegal to shoot a rabbit from the back of your car.
Christmas lights must be taken down by Feb.2.
Laws filed in Los Angeles County
It's illegal to skate or skateboard through the court house or library.
It's illegal for dogs to fornicate within 500 yards of a church.
Laws filed in Glendale
It's illegal to allow dogs in an elevator
Laws filed in Fresno
It's illegal to play bingo drunk
No molestig of animals in a city park
Other laws in California
It's illegal for mountain lions to mate within 1500 feet of a tavern, school or religious establishment
It's illegal to shoot a game animal from a moving vehicle. Unless you are whale hunting
Well as you can see most of these laws are over the top. Please do let me know how many of them you have broke! :))
